As our instore prices may differ from our online prices, please inform our staff at the counter before you make your payment that you wish to match our online prices to ensure that you get the best deal possible.

Prices throughout the website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Australian sales tax). For overseas sales the value of the tax component is deducted from the Actual Shipping Cost so that the total cost of your purchase is in fact free of Australian tax and is reduced accordingly.

It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about security of personal and credit card details. In reality, a commerce transaction on the Internet is significantly more secure than a similar telephone transaction or handing your card over the counter in a store.

To ensure the privacy and security of your online purchases, we use the latest encryption software on our site. At no time do we store your credit card details. Privacy
Pressure Cooker Centre highly value the strong relationship we have with our customers, and the data we collect will be handled sensitively and securely and with proper regard for privacy. We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service, and to administer our business. The Pressure Cooker Centre fully supports the 'National Privacy Principles' launched in December 2001. These principals have been incorporated in our Privacy Policy.

Payment Options
CREDIT CARDS: We accept all Visa, MasterCard and American Express and there is NO SURCHARGE for using your credit card to make purchases. You can also pay through PayPal using whatever credit card or bank account you have registered with them.

Alternatively, for our Australian customers, you can post your order to us including payment by Postal Money Order or by personal bank cheque (but allow 2 weeks for clearance before dispatch of goods).

Shipping
Purchases are usually processed and shipped the same day. However, orders that are received late in the day may be processed and shipped the next business day.

Within Australia we generally ship via Registered Australian Post using their E-Parcel service which also allows you to track delivery progress. The total shipping cost for your purchase is determined by the heaviest item in your order and includes shipping, handling and insurance. All/any other purchases in the same order are shipped free of charge. 

The postage cost for small items and spare parts within Australia is between $4.00 & $8.00 (usually $6.50), while New Zealand is usually $7.50, Asia/Pacific region is usually $9.00 and the rest of the world is usually $11.00. Some small parts are a little cheaper and few slightly larger items may be a few dollars more. All shipments to WA are capped at $10.00 per shipment. For the remainder of Australia, shipments of most kitchenware items will generally be around $10 to $12, while most pressure cookers will be between $12 & $18 for most of Australia (Tasmania & Northern Territory, a few dollars more). Goto Shipping for more detailed information.

Guarantee
Each manufacturer offers a guarantee, the duration of which varies with each brand or model and which is indicated along with all other details provided for each model.  (Please note that most guarantees exclude rubber components and mobile parts).

The PRESSURE COOKER CENTRE supports these guarantees and is the Authorised Service Centre for all these brands.  As such the Pressure Cooker Centre carries virtually all spares for all these models.  Most of these parts are (or will soon be) listed in our Spare Parts section.  If you believe that you have a legitimate claim under the supplier's warranty, for a pressure cooker purchased from the Pressure Cooker Centre, please Contact Us directly (see Guarantee/Returns).
