Guarantee / Returns

The Pressure Cooker Centre is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot, however, accept returns after 30 days or for items that have been used, are not in their original condition or packaging, are damaged or have missing parts.

Our Quality Control team inspect every shipment into Pressure Cooker Centre's warehouse to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.

To return products to Pressure cooker Centre, please call us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number, then affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on the invoice. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable, except as stated above. If you are returning an article for exchange, standard shipping charges, if applicable, will apply for the outgoing parcel.

If the box or packaging is damaged in any way at delivery, please note this fact on the docket when signing for your parcel. If when you open the parcel, you find any damage to the contents, PLEASE RETAIN THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL for inspection by the Insurance Inspector. If this is not done, it may void the insurance.

Product Warranty
Each manufacturer of pressure cookers offers a guarantee, the duration of which varies with each brand or model. The details and duration of the guarantee will have been provided with the pressure cooker at the time of purchase. (Please note that all guarantees exclude rubber components and mobile parts). The PRESSURE COOKER CENTRE supports these guarantees and is the Authorised Service Centre for all the brands and models that we sell. As such, the Pressure Cooker Centre carries virtually all spares for all these models. Most of these parts are listed in our Spare Parts section. If you believe that you have a legitimate claim under the supplier's warranty, for a pressure cooker purchased from the Pressure Cooker Centre, please Contact Us directly.
