A simple twist on a staple of Western and Asian cuisine

This tasty rice dish is ideal with red meat, chicken or fish.

Instructions:

1. Heat pressure cooker with oil and butter, sauté onion until transparent, add rice and mix well.
2. Add chicken stock and peas and bring to boil.
3. Close the lid, reduce the heat and cook for 6 minutes.
