This model has 2 cooking programs and also has the new Ultra Diffusal ‘sandwich' base that offers a better resistance to high temperatures and is suitable for ALL cooktops (including glass, ceramic, Halogen and Induction). This base incorporates a very thick heat diffusing aluminium layer fully encapsulated in quality stainless steel and thus eliminates the risk of burning hot spots. This new model also incorporates space saving, easy to hold compact handles.

The TEFAL Clipso One pressure cookers incorporate five (5) independent controlled pressure release safety systems including a pressure interlock which prevents opening under pressure, making them 100% safe.
