FOWLERS VACOLA - Preserving Bottle Opener

The Fowlers Vacola Preserving Bottle Opener has been especially designed to open preserves by breaking the vacuum seal without damaging the preserving lid.

To use, hold the bottle down firmly on a table and insert the point of the opener underneath the lid.  Push upwards to dislodge the sealing ring, allowing air to enter the bottle.  The lid will then lift off easily.
