The FAGOR Duo pressure cookers incorporate a built-in safety feature with a triple-lock safety system that includes a dual pressure control valve, 2 independent over-pressure control valves, a pressure indicator and a safety locking handle to prevent opening under pressure making them 100% safe. The pressure cooker is safely closed and locked with a bayonet type opening and closing mechanism. With a maximum pressure of 15psi it is also one of the fastest cookers and offers full sterilisation capabilities and with the 2 preset pressure settings it is ideal for pressure canning. The FAGOR Duo comes with a 10 year guarantee and is supplied with a s/steel steaming basket and trivet and comes with a cookbook featuring over 50 delicious and easy to make recipes. The 8 litre model, however, have a very deep fully perforated steaming basket offering better heat distribution ensuring optimal cooking quality. The set also includes a glass serving lid.
