SPARE PARTS Our new Website with secure online shopping cart and full details, dimensions and data for the full pressure cooker range and all available spare parts, is coming very soon. It was planned to be online earlier, but unfortunately it is a little behind schedule. We do apologise for this delay, which means that, in the meantime, we will continue taking your orders by phone, fax or email, as before. Also, in the meantime, we have listed some of the more commonly requested spare parts below. However, if you dont see the parts that you are looking for listed here, please call us (Toll Free in Australia & New Zealand) for the price and availability.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and include GST.
For Pressure Cookers, see the Pressure Cooker Price List page. SHIPPING Spare Parts orders attract a minimum $6.50 postal charge. Most spare parts to Australian destinations will only cost $6.50 (the larger or heavier parts may cost a few dollars more). Most spare parts to most overseas destinations will cost $12.00, (contact us for confirmation). These charges are in Australian dollars (AU$) and include GST and insurance for Australian destinations.
If a pressure cooker is purchased at the same time for the same destination, the above shipping charges will not apply as the parts can be placed in with the pressure cooker. PAYMENT
We accept postal Money Orders (for Australian Customers) or you can phone (Free callwithin Australia & New Zealand) or fax your order through if you prefer to use your credit card. (Remember that for your security, it is not recommended that you send your credit card details via email). We accept Visa & Master Cards. If by fax, please indicate: Type of Card, Card Number, Expiry Date and the Exact Name on Card. We can also accept payments through PayPal (Send to: info@pressurecooker.com.au) or via Direct Deposit (Bank details on request). When ordering, please provide your full order details and don't forget to include your full return address details and a contact phone number. We can then dispatch your order immediately. Personnal cheques are also accepted from our Australian customers but a 15 day waiting period for cheque clearance will apply before goods can be dispatched.
