Love it

I received my Scanpan pressure cooker yesterday and cooked a chicken soup in it. It was great. the chicken stayed moist, and it was very tasty. Love it. Can't wait to try more recipes. Got some quinces to cook tonight. The instructions were clear, although I would recommend buying a recipe book as well for tips if you're a first timer like me.
