We cannot, however, accept returns after 30 days or for items that have been used, are not in their original condition or packaging, are damaged or have missing parts. Prior to returning, please call (08) 9388 7797 to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.
Our Quality Control team inspect every shipment into Pressure Cooker Centre's warehouse to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
To return products to Pressure cooker Centre, please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on the invoice. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable, except as stated above. If you are returning an article for exchange, standard shipping charges, if applicable, will apply for the outgoing parcel.
Product Warranty Each manufacturer of pressure cookers offers a guarantee, the duration of which varies with each brand or model. The details and duration of the guarantee will have been provided with the pressure cooker at the time of purchase. (Please note that most guarantees exclude rubber components and mobile parts).
