Healthy vegetable soup - delicious and cooked in just 5 minutes!

This pressure cooked vegetable soup can be served as an entree or main.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

• 1 cup diced carrots
• 1/2 cup diced onions
• 1 stalk celery chopped
• 1 clove garlic chopped
• 1 Tbs flour
• 2 cup stewed tomatoes
• 1/2 cup tomato puree
• 3 beef bouillon cubes
• 1.2 Ltrs water
• 1 cup cleaned and cut up fresh -string beans
• 1 Tbs barley
• 1 pinch dried basil
• 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

1. In a 6+ litre pressure cooker sprayed with Pam, sauté the carrots, onions and celery till limp.
2. Dust with flour.
3. Add all remaining ingredients and cook under high pressure for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, let pressure drop naturally, remove lid carefully and enjoy!
